Art Direction, Design, Production, Project Management
It’s really simple and basic. Print, interactive and video communications depend on two things: words and pictures — aided and sometimes abetted by illustration, photography, typography, abstract elements, animation and numbers. Whether you use me as graphic designer, art director, production/ project manager (or all four), my role is to make certain your message is delivered with maximum creativity, clarity and impact. All of it produced as specified, on schedule, on budget.
Right now, we straddle a time when we’re bombarded by print and electronic media. For me, it means the best of both worlds. I was trained in a traditional graphic design and advertising environment. I then made the transition mastering all the tools and techniques computers have brought. Along the way, I’ve also been a graphic designer and Art Director in companies on both the agency and client sides and have managed creative departments as well as my own company.
